First, you'll complete an Eat Right to Run Lifestyle Questionnaire, which asks about your dreams and goals for fitness, weight-loss and running, your current exercise, diet and eating habits as well as key lifestyle routines, so I can find out more about you, your eating, your running and race-day goals.
You'll track your food & fitness for a week. Keeping a record (in MyFitnessPal) of the foods you eat and drink and the exercise you take.
